Participant Feedback

What Attendees Have Shared

"Our HR team had been uncertain about the recordkeeping timelines we're supposed to follow for provident fund contributions. The Employer Process Advisory gave us a clear checklist we could slot directly into our existing procedures. Not everything we were doing was wrong — but there were a couple of gaps we hadn't noticed. I appreciated that the facilitator was straightforward about the limits of what they cover."

HR Manager · Phitsanulok · May 2025

"I attended the Community Information Seminar with a group from our retiree association. The session ran at a comfortable pace and the facilitator was patient with questions. I came away knowing which department to contact about my provident fund balance — which is exactly what I needed. The handout is something I've already looked at twice since."

Retiree · Phitsanulok · June 2025

"We booked the Pension System Information Workshop for a mixed group — some staff, some retirees from our community centre. The half-day format worked well and the balance between framework explanation and Q&A time felt right. The source list at the end was particularly useful; I've already contacted two of the government bodies listed."

"What I valued most was how clear they were about what the session is and isn't. They didn't pretend to offer advice — and that actually made me trust the information more. The framework overview in the workshop was the clearest explanation of the provident fund structure I've come across."

"The employer advisory session gave my team a structure we could work from. It was practical in a way that a lot of information resources aren't. My only note would be that we could have used a slightly longer Q&A slot — but we were able to follow up by email and that was handled promptly."

Jutamas Lertpakorn

Admin Lead · Uttaradit · April 2025

"I wasn't expecting to find a session like this in Phitsanulok. It was very well organised — the materials were ready, the facilitator was knowledgeable and the pace suited our group of mostly over-60s. I have already recommended it to another retiree group in our neighbourhood."

Session Outcomes

How Participants Have Used the Sessions

Case Study 01 — Employer Advisory

The Situation

An HR team at a mid-sized manufacturing firm in Phitsanulok had been handling provident fund paperwork without a consistent internal timeline. Different staff members followed different routines, which created occasional gaps in records.

How the Session Helped

The Employer Process Advisory session mapped their existing workflow and identified three points where the team's timing and the standard framework diverged. The process checklist from the session gave them a shared reference point.

What Followed

Within one month the team had standardised their internal calendar. The HR lead noted that new staff onboarding to the provident fund administration task now had a clear written process to follow from their first day.

"It was the first time we'd sat down and mapped what we actually do against what we're supposed to do. Very worthwhile." — HR Administrator, Phitsanulok

Case Study 02 — Community Seminar

The Situation

A retiree association in Phitsanulok had a core group of 22 members, most of whom had accumulated provident fund balances over their working lives but were uncertain how to enquire about them or what documentation to prepare.

How the Session Helped

The Community Information Seminar covered the most common questions this group shared, identified which government departments handle different types of enquiry and walked through a general picture of what documentation people typically gather before contacting those bodies.

What Followed

Several members reported that the official contact list in the handout was the most useful starting point they'd had. The group coordinator noted that 14 of the 22 attendees had contacted at least one official body within six weeks of the session.

"We finally knew which door to knock on. That sounds small but it wasn't — we'd been going around in circles for over a year." — Retiree Group Coordinator
